[00:05:26] Your Resilience, And How You Can Be More Flexible So That You Can Be More Agile in Your

[00:05:33] Data Day Life. The Second Place To Look And By The Way These Are Not In Order of Priority,

[00:05:38] They're All Important. They Could All Be Number One. I Just Feel Like That Would Be Super Confusing.

[00:05:42] The Second Place To Look Is How You Are Resourced.

[00:05:49] This is Different Than Being Resourceful. What I'm talking about is your mental, physical,

[00:05:55] and emotional capacity. If you Imagine Those As Your Personal Bank Account Of Your Body,

[00:06:04] This Is Something I Teach Inside of Perfectionism Optimize My Private When I Want Coaching.

[00:06:09] It's Called Intelligent Energy Accounting. If You Think About What You Have A Vailable From A Mental

[00:06:16] Physical And Emotional Stand Point, If You Are Always Right On The Edge, When It Comes Your

[00:06:21] An Internal Resources, If You Are Always Like Have One Dollar In Your Account, Constantly Fleerting With

[00:06:29] The Over Draft, Then It Will Feel Like It's Always Something. It's Just Like That Person Who Is

[00:06:37] Perpetually Broke. And They Feel That It's Always Something. It's Always My Car Registration,

[00:06:42] My Mortgage, A Surgery That You Need, A Deductible That You Need To Meet. Yeah, You Could Look

[00:06:48] At It As It's Always Something Or Let's Figure Out How You Can Have More Money Coming In Then There

[00:06:55] Is Going Out. It's The Same Thing When It Comes To You, How Can You Have More Emotional Physical

[00:07:02] Mental Resources There In Your Supply. So You Have That Cushing Do Then Deal With It.

[00:07:11] Instead of Feeling Like It's Always Something, You Know And I mean It's Just Like When You

[00:07:15] Get An Unexpected Bill. It might Not Love Can It But It's Not Putting You In A Dyer Circumstance.

[00:07:22] And When You Feel Like Oh He's Something It Really Does Rattle You. It Can Be Exhausting

[00:07:51] Because I Would Have The Resources. It's The Same Thing With Yourself. How Do You Build Up Those

[00:09:37] It Will Feel Like There's Always Something Coming Up Because You Have Over Allicated Yourself

[00:09:43] In Your Life. It's Really Looking At How You Can Create Some Impeccable Boundaries For Yourself

[00:09:52] So That It Doesn't Feel Like You're Walking On A Tite Rope Any More That You Are Walking On A Floor.

[00:09:59] Because If Thing With Us Is Perfectionists, Our Gift Is That We Are Abble To See Potentials,
